This package encompasses the directing services listed in the below ‘I Do’ and ‘It’s a Celebration’ packages. Six planning meetings are included to discuss details of the ceremony and reception. We will direct the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. This package covers all the basics and then some! Receive monthly 'To Do's' to help you stay on track during the planning process. This package is helpful regardless of whether the wedding is one month away or twelve months away. Receive vendor referrals to help expedite the planning process and ensure your special day is in the hands of professionals. Customize this package to include our most popular services. Receive three additional planning meetings and planning assistance. Let us help you create a budget and stay within it using our knowledge of vendor fees and local averages. We can assist in ordering needed rental items (linens, chair covers, accessories, tents, etc.). We will accompany and guide you through meetings

Reception Coordination
So, the church lady will help you down the aisle, but who will coordinate the reception? This package is similar to what others call the ‘month until the big day’ package. It includes three meetings to discuss all the details! Whether the wedding is a month away or twelve months away, this package will save you time and money! A time line of the reception will be provided. We will be at the reception in time to light candles and be ready for your guest’s arrival. Your personal coordinator will greet your guests and guide them to where they should
be. We will be there to cue all the events, from your introduction to the last dance! Our presence will ensure that the events are timed appropriately and that you and your guests are taken care of. This package is for the bride that has planned her perfect wedding, but can not wear two hats! She recognizes the importance of letting a professional ensure that her wishes are taken care of! And, she is courteous to let her friends and family enjoy the day instead of imposing on them to work the wedding. Customize this package to include three additional meetings and planning services. Planning, Ceremony Direction, Reception Coordination, and the Red Carpet
This package is for the bride that wants it all! She either wants the rock star treatment or realizes the need for pampering on her special day. Enjoy an unlimited number of planning meetings. Everything in the below packages are included. We mean everything: planning, directing, decoration of the ceremony and reception area, etc. In addition, your personal consultant will accompany you to bridal shops to help with dress selection. We will assist in selection of
help, such as décor and coordination. This includes us arriving early to pin on boutonnieres and corsages. We will set out your programs, guest book, and other items. We can also help with church décor, such as pew decoration, aisle runners, rose petal placement, etc. A complimentary time line of the reception day (including toasts, cutting of the cake, first dance, bouquet/ garter toss, and departure time) is also included. Non Prime Rates
Weddings scheduled Monday through Thursday will receive a 30% discount on any of the above packages.
Destination Weddings: Have passport, will travel!
Any of the above packages can be selected. Airfare, hotel stay, and a $30 per diem will also be required. From the amazing Smoky Mountains, to crystal clear beaches of Sandals, to an oversees get-a-way, let's start planning!
Hourly Services
Our hourly rates begin at $50 per hour. Call us for planning tips, brain storming sessions, vendor hints, etc.

Honeymoon Suite Makeover: In preparation for your arrival, we will light candles, spread petals, provide snacks, etc. to make your entrance unforgettably romantic!
Rehearsal Dinner Planning: Assistance with site location, food, décor, and coordination of the event. Two meetings and unlimited calls and emails are included.
Calligraphy Service: We will verify addresses to zip codes. Then our calligrapher will hand write names and addresses on the inner and outer envelops. We will purchase the stamps, add them to your envelopes, and mail your invitations.
